Gloria D. Moore

Gloria Dell Williams-Moore was the fourth child born to the union of John L Williams and Emily Olivia Martin in Cartridge Mississippi on September 21, 1942. She attended Dunbar and South Beaver Elementary Schools and graduated from Flagstaff High School.

She was active as a candy stripper at Flagstaff Hospital. Her spiritual development was received at First Baptist Church.

Gloria met and married the love of her life, Carlos Moore on July 22, 1961. From that union they had four children: Gregory Cardell, Vincent Irving, Patrise Layne born in Flagstaff, Arizona. And Christopher Trevor Moore born here in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The family relocated to San Jose, California due to Carlos’s employment in 1970. Gloria developed an interest in the electronic industry and was employed at Lockheed Martin and IBM.

While living Gloria and family met many new friends and enjoyed a wonderful social life.

Gloria is survived by her loving husband Carlos, her children Gregory, Vincent, Patrise and Christopher. Her brother Leroy Williams of Las Vegas, Nevada, Niece Montores Joe of Flagstaff Arizona, Deborah and Ben Coleman of Sab Tab Valley Arizona four grandchildren : Quinlan, Syrus, Takeo and Kaya. And a host of nieces and nephews as well as numerous friends who were family in her eyes.
