Denise was born in Phoenix, AZ to Glen and Wanda Gilbert on June 21, 1955. She went to school in Kingman, AZ. She married Richard John Sulanke on February 9, 1980 in Buckeye, AZ. Denise loved helping people as her career showed. She worked in fields caring for the elderly before becoming a unit coordinator at Kingman Regional Hospital. She then became a teacher and Director of a Las Vegas preschool before retiring.
Denise is preceded in death by her siblings, Rebecca and Ronald.
Denise is survived by her husband, Richard; children, Gregory, Bryan, and Allisha; sister, Victoria; grandchildren, Angel, Katelyn, Scott, Bryan Jr, and Liberty; and great-grandchild, Carter.
Memorials may be given to Richard Sulanke.
