Gerrie lived in Los Angeles, California where she attended Polytechnic High School and UCLA classes.
In 1938, she married James W. Inman and to this union they had two sons James W. Inman Jr. and Robert G. Inman.
Gerrie worked for North American Aviation for 9 years. In 1968, she met and married Lloyd C. Kikendall and has one stepdaughter Jane Kikendall. She enjoyed 42 years of marriage before he passed away on January 22, 2004.
Gerrie was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star, past Priestess of the Ladies' Oriental Shrine, and a member of the Daughters of the Nile. She was an ordained Deacon in the Mt View Presbyterian church and volunteered at the Mt View Hospital for 16 years.
Gerrie gave of her time and talents to her friends and neighbors and enjoyed life to the fullest.
Gerrie is survived by her sons James and Robert; two granddaughters Mariann Inman and Katie Inman; three great-grandchildren Angelina, Abigail and Alexander; and sister June Bell.
