Elbert Richard Siegel, 86, of Encino, CA, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022. Elbert was born on May 13, 1935 in Brooklyn, NY to Rose (nee Del Bueno) and Sam Siegel and has been a California resident for 53 years. He is predeceased by his parents and is survived by Jillian, his beloved wife of 40 years; three daughters, Lisa, Sheri, and Calista; and four grandchildren. Services will be at 1:00PM on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89120. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
