David Szabo

David A. Szabo, age 57, of Las Vegas, formerly of Painesville, Ohio, Pontiac, Illinois and Fair Oaks, California. He was born May 29, 1956 in Painesville, Ohio and graduated from Harvey High School. He worked for Tow Motor in Mentor, Ohio, Caterpillar Tractor Company in Pontiac, Illinois and owned Jaspers Restaurant in Woodland, California and most recently as a Slot Technician for the Aria Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He was preceded in death by his father, Julius Szabo and brother in law Joseph Maruschak. Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Mary Mickle-Stahl-Szabo, sons Robert Stahl, Eric (Elizabeth) Stahl and Randall (Leah) Stahl, granddaughter Kennedy and grandson Vance;mother Elizabeth Szabo; brothers Julius (Diana), Donald (Stephanie), Dennis (Lorraine) and Robert (Mary) Szabo and sisters Elizabeth (Marshall) Hill and Rosemarie Maruschak. A memorial service will be held at 4pm Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Las Vegas.
