David E. Colley of Las Vegas, Nevada and formerly of Philipsburg, PA, passed away on March 4th, 2016. He was born February 18, 1947 in Beloit, Wisconsin, son of Smith K. Colley and Virginia Royson Colley. He retired from Financial Services Industry and worked for the government. He is survived by his sister Betty Colley Mantz and her husband Donald of Philipsburg, his fiancé' Lynn Martinez, her children Bob and Carla Roik, Lisa and Kenny Johnson, Jaye Strough and Chrissy Glover, Jayme and Danielle Strough, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 3 daughters. His services will be held at Palm Mortuary, 6701 North Jones Blvd. Las Vegas, Nevada 89131 on Wednesday March 30, 2016. Viewing will be from 3pm to 5pm, and the service will be from 5pm to 6pm. Following the service a celebration of David's life will be held at Palms. "Rest is peace, David you are deeply loved and will be forever missed."
