Carrie Darro, 93, passed away August 6, 2013. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on June 20, 1920, she was a Las Vegas resident since 1968. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Virginia) Ross; grandson, Jack Ross; granddaughter, Danielle Ross; great grandsons, Jeffrey and Tyler Ross; sister, Mary Cress; brother, John Rosino; nephews, Jack Howe, Tom and Gary Armstrong; and nieces, Debra Lopez and Gail La Vick. Visitation will be on Sunday, Aug. 11 at 10AM with a funeral at 11AM at Palm South Jones Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89146. Carrie was a dearly loved mother, sister, aunt and friend and will be deeply missed. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
