Brenda Gayle. Brenda Gayle like no other. She was a mess. She said what she thought and meant. She fought a good fight. Last time we spoke she said "No, I'm trying my best to hang".   She did and now she"s resting as we all will someday.  I never in life thought this would be.

Mike and daughters, my sincere condolences on the passing of your wife,  mother and my first cousin Brenda Gayle.  She fought the good fight to remain here with you and her love ones; but God saw her long years and days of suffering.  She is now resting in the arms of our Savior, to be joined with Him and many love ones that have gone before her. Brenda leaves many memories for us all to look back on with smiles.  She was so unique, classy and possessed a beautiful laugh, sense of humor and smile.  Brenda will be forever in our minds and heart. Lean on our Savior Christ Jesus for the strength needed and the comfort and peace that only He can give.

Very sorry for your loss. I enjoyed the many conversations I had with Brenda over the years. No matter how she felt , we would always talk for awhile sharing stories .

Brenda and I grew up on the Westside of San Antonio,Texas. I will truly miss her,may she rest in peace.Brenda never forgot where she came from,and was always down to earth when I did see her in San Antonio. Condolences and Prayers to the family.

Mrs. Easler you were truly one of a kind and created the most amazing women I’ve ever met! I’ll never forget the laughs we shared especially the funniest, realest  conversation we’ve ever had!! To The Easler Family,
  Brenda was a fighter in life not only in illness. She kept Jan,Butch & Poomp safe when we visited Aunt Lucille & Uncle Tush’s home. I was always safe on the recreation grounds cause of my Big Cousin Brenda. She lived life in her illness with calls to family & friends, smiles when you visited her and showing how God gives you strength to carry on with life. I will miss My Big Cousin Brenda and treasure many memories.

She loved openly and gave her heart to whomever was in need. We would know this because she did it for me and my family in our time of need. She loved all who loved her. She was a loving soul…. I admired her dressing the most..Always caught with her blinged out hat or cheetah print hat and her beautiful curl on the side of her face. Her smile was infectious.. I loved when she would call out her grandkids letting them know she is still young and doing dances with them. She will surely be missed. We all grew up and life got the best of us, but I would always think of Miss Brenda and her predeceased daughter Shandi. Our childhood was one we can tell countless of stories to cheer a room.
