Heaven gained another Angel when Theresa Weiss-Schaepering, 90, entered Our Lord's kingdom. Theresa passed away on March 21, 2023 at her youngest daughter's home in New Bern, NC. She was born in Warwick, NY to Christian and Pauline Paffenroth.
She is survived by her three children; Nancy Straube of Clearwater, FL, Jeffery Weiss of Largo, FL, and Cynthia Lamson of New Bern, NC.
She is predeceased by her husbands Richard Leonard Weiss and Herbert Frederick Schaepering.
Theresa has a sister, Lois Czubak, who lives in Florida, NY.
She has six grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Her favorite pastime was cooking. She loved to watch cooking shows as well as read in her spare time.
Theresa attended St. Patrick Catholic Church in Largo, FL as well as St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Clearwater, FL.
To honor Theresa's memory, we are holding a celebration of life on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 12:30pm at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Rd. Largo, FL 33774.
