Mary Janet Gosselin

GOSSELIN, Mary Janet, 72 of Largo, Florida passed away on Friday, February 20, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family under the care of Suncoast Hospice after a long battle with breast cancer. Mary was born on July 7, 1942 in Waltham, Massachusetts to the late Thomas Francis & Loretta Ella (McClain) Regan. She graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic High School in 1960 before meeting her husband of 45 years that has preceded her in death. Mary married Leonard Edward Gosselin on April 29, 1960 and was a homemaker while raising her 5 children. They lived in Framingham, Massachusetts before moving to Florida in 1985. Mary worked as a retail manager for Goodwill Industries for over 16 years before retiring. She was a member of St Justin Martyr Catholic Church. She enjoyed baking for family and friends and gardening. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her 24 grandchildren Christopher, Matthew, Tiffani, Jeffrey, Brittani, Ashlee, Kyle, Alicia, Jordan, Amber, Jonathan, Sean, Andrew, Joey, Daniel, Rolando, Samantha, Leonard, Arianna, Jacob, Max, Weston, Dalton & Auston and 11 great grandchildren Damien, Peyton, Jayden, Gianna, Isaiah, Makayla, Mia, Anthony, Kellan, Alora & Aiden. Mary is survived by a son Leonard Gosselin, Jr of Uxbridge, MA, four daughters Darlene Bruni, Debora Gosselin, Mary Mespelli and Dawn Rosado all of Largo, FL. Three sisters Beverly Oliveri of Waltham, MA, Loretta Gosselin of Old Orchard Beach, ME and Bianca Regan of Framingham, MA along with several much loved nieces and nephews. She is preceded by three brothers Thomas, William and Richard Regan and a great grandchild Jayden Roldan.
