Lewis Dimech

Lewis moved to Inverness, Florida in 1992 from Taylor Michigan. Lewis enjoyed gardening, spending time with his children and grandchildren, and watching Premier League Soccer, especially Chelsea F.C.

Lewis enjoyed a long and full life with a 3o year retirement. He traveled throughout most of Europe. As well as Canada, Australia, and a good part of the United States, including Hawaii.

Lewis was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Carmen, who passed away in November 2013, and by his parents, and two siblings Guido and Charles.

Lewis is survived by his son Vincent (Kathy) of Largo, FL, son Raymond (Rita) of Largo, Fl, son Joseph (Debra) of Inverness, Fl, and Samm (Laura) of Naperville, IL. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Mario, Michael, Shawn (Rebecca), Ryan, Megan (Kirby), Lewis, Casey, Iain, Morgan, Charlie, and Christian.

Visitation will be held on Sunday January 28, 2024 from 5-8pm at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774. Father Rob Cadrecha will lead in prayer at 6:30pm.

A funeral mass will take place 11am on Monday January 29, 2024 at St Jerome Catholic Church, 10895 Hamlin Blvd, Largo, FL 33774 with a graveside to follow at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774.
