Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin V. (Mike) Taylor. Survived by her son, Michael C Taylor Sr and wife Kate. Nephew Tim Hunt. Grandchildren Zachary Kistler and wife Kristal. Michael C Taylor Jr. and wife Rebeca, and Alyson Kira Taylor. As well as many nieces and nephews.
Surrounded by good friends in Largo, Shirley George, Florence Larsen, Paula Neuhart, Marilyn DeMonge and many special friends at Villas Capri.
