Teresa Ann Seely

Teresa A. Seely of Lansing, age 87, passed away May 3, 2021. Teresa was born March 12, 1934. The daughter of Italian immigrants Charles and Virginia Spadafore.

Teresa was a life long member of the Church Of The Resurrection and graduated from Resurrection high school in 1951. Teresa married her high school sweetheart, the late Douglas J. Seely in 1954.

Teresa was a beautiful, kind, loving soul who would light up a room with her great personality and smile. Teresa dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren and was the greatest mother and nonnie. Teresa loved to cook and bake and whatever she made was always wonderful and delicious.

Teresa is survived by her 2 children Julee Ann Christiani and Douglas J. Seely II, 5 grandchildren Christina Christiani-Satahoo, Teresa Christiani, Jeana Baine, Nichole Seely, and Douglas J. Seely III, 2 great grandchildren, brothers Andrew Spadafore, Pete Spadafore, sister Charlene Spadafore-Vassar, and many nieces and nephews. Teresa was preceded in death by sisters Rose Paradise, Mary Spadafore, and brother Michael Spadafore.

Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Church Of The Resurrection in Lansing at 11:30am May 19th.
