Roy A. Buzdor

On March 17, 2020, at age 67, Roy was called home to his Lord. Roy was born on September 12, 1952 in Amherst, Ohio. Roy earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana Institute of Technology and his master’s degree from Purdue University. Roy had worked at Eli Lilly, EDS, and Michigan Public Health Institute, Bureau of Labs during his career. His hobbies included working with computers, writing, and spending time with friends and family. He enjoyed singing and running sound at church, telling “dad jokes,” and listening to music and watching sci-fi movies and shows with friends on high-quality sound systems.

Surviving are his wife of 45 years, Lois Buzdor; son, Michael (daughter-in-law, Katie) Buzdor; 2 grandsons, Payton and Preston Buzdor; Nephew John Nichols, as well as many other family members and friends. Roy was preceded in death by his son, Nathan; parents, Nancy Candito-Myers, Arthur Myers, Paul Buzdor, Eliza Buzdor and sister, Paulette Nichols.

A gathering in honor of Roy's life will be held 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. Saturday, July 11, 2020 at New Life Assembly, 400 W. South Street; Grand Ledge, Michigan 48837
