Robin Nancy Lawrence

Robin was a graduate of Montrose High School and a resident of Lansing for over 40 years. She was a lifelong hippie, a free spirit that loved walking outdoors barefoot and reading. Robin lived a great life with loving parents, siblings, and was blessed with great friendships. She loved her family, especially her children whom she considered her proudest accomplishment to the world; she loved spending time with them along with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother in law, David Nicklesen and her parents.

Surviving are daughters; Katie (Brad) Primeau, Kalli Dempsey, and Jayme (Jeffery) Taylor; son, Josh (Erica) Lawrence, grandchildren; Christopher Taylor, Brennan Taylor, Kaleb Dempsey, Keane Dempsey, Aydon Taylor, Maya Dempsey, and Jace Primeau, Brothers; Larry (Fran) Farr and Bob (Gloria) Farr, and Sister; Judy Nicklesen, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends that were like family.

Celebration of Life for Robin will be held from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing MI. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 7:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Sparrow Breast Cancer Clinic or Sparrow Palliative Center, 1215 E. Michigan Avenue Lansing, Michigan 48912.
