Phillip attended L.C.C. and received a Certificate in Photography. In 2015 he was hired by Peckham Industries and assigned to the Michigan Army National Guard Joint Military Base as a custodian. He was respected and praised for the excellent work he did.
Phillip's hobbies were many. He was a graphic novel enthusiast and collected action figures.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Art and Janet Celentino, and Ron and Carolyn Stauffer.
He is survived by his parents; aunts and uncles, Ceci and John Anderson, Cindy and Jim Roath, Greg Stauffer, Victor Celentino, and Richard Celentino; cousins, Becky Anderson, Matt Anderson, James (Caroline) Roath, Andrew (Amanda) Roath, and Katie Stauffer; and honorary nephew, Jackson Roath.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 10:30 am at St. Gerard Catholic Church, 4437 West Willow Highway, Lansing, MI 48917 with visitation one hour prior to mass starting at 9:30 am. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 5 - 8 pm with a Rosary at 7 pm at Gorsline-Runciman Tiffany Chapel, 3232 West Saginaw St., Lansing, MI 48917.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Phillip.
