Manouc was born in Tehran, Iran in 1941. He married his wife, Nahid in 1969 and emigrated to the United States in 1986 to join his wife and children.
Manouc was a devoted husband and a loving father. He loved nature, enjoyed bird watching, fixing things around the house, spending time with his family, and spoiling his dog. He had a long career in accounting and finance and served as the senior vice president of finance at Peckham Industries in Lansing before retiring.
Manouc is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nahid Iplakchi; his daughter, Haleh Maali; his son, Kambiz Maali, their spouses, and 3 grandchildren.
The family will hold a private memorial celebration of Manouc’s life.
