Don is survived by the love of his life, spouse Judy, and they just celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary in March; Son, Greg (Lisa) Corr; Daughters, Jen (Mitch) Taft, Wendi (Rob) Spagnuolo, Jackie (Mike) Sprague; 5 Granddaughters; 7 Grandsons; one Great Granddaughter; his twin sister, Betty (Dick) Klein of New York; Multiple Brothers-in-law, Sisters-in-law, several nieces and nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; Sister, Kay Corr; Brothers, Keith Corr, and Mark Corr and 2grandchildren.
Don graduated from Mason High School in 1959, attended Aquinas College, and LCC. He helped establish (1956) and worked with his parents and family at EDRU Skating Arena, and later at General Motors.
Don's love for his family was first and foremost for him. He treasured every moment with his grandchildren. Don's favorite hobby was his lawn, trees, flowers and especially his floral bushes. He took great pride in showcasing them all.
A memorial service for Edward will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Tiffany Chapel, 3232 West Saginaw Street, Lansing, Michigan 48917, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service.
In Don's memory, contributions can be made to U of M Sparrow Health, Hospice. A special thank you to all the doctors, nurses, caregivers that took care of Don.
