It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dale Hunton, husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle on October 28, 2024, at the age of 83. Dale was born to Iola and Jack Hunton on April 6th, 1941, in Fort William, Ontario.
Dale was a loving husband, devoted family man and proud grandfather.
He is survived by his wife Lorraine of 60 years and his son Kelly, daughter Andrea (Kyle) and the loves of his life, his grandchildren, Lincoln, Jack, Evan and Grayson. He also leaves behind his two sisters, Donna and Janice (Jeff) and nieces and nephews.
He loved to entertain family and friends with stories of his childhood on the farm in Waskada and Elm Creek, Manitoba. Dale had a passion for hockey, especially watching his grandsons play, as well as boats, cars, puzzles and animals.
We will miss him dearly. He will be remembered for his warm smile, sense of humour and the twinkle in his eyes.
A celebration of life will be announced. In the meantime we welcome you to share your fondest memories of Dale below.
