Billy Eugene Foltz, 83, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, May 3rd, 2021 at his residence. Billy was born on October 24th, 1937 to the late Charles and Josephine Foltz. He served in the United States Army, and had worked as a machinist for Anchor Hocking, retiring after 37 years of service. Billy was a past member of the Eagles and a lifetime member of the AMVETS. He enjoyed feeding birds and truly loved spending time with his family.
Billy is survived by his children, Debbie (Mike Sark) Probasco, Jeanie (Scott) Bingham, and William (Bill) Foltz; grandchildren, Angela Hicks-Earliwine, Elizabeth Hicks-Beams, of TX, Joy (Allen Yates) Bingham, Crystal Bingham, and Katlyn (Tim Claypool) Bingham; great-grandchildren, Brayden, Xaiden, Elijah, and Jasmine; special cousin, June (Bob) Lewis; sister-in-law, Donna (Larry) Yencer; sister-in-law, Mary Jo (Glen) Hanks, brother-in-law, Fred (Thresa) Hyme; as well as many other loving family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Margaret Foltz; and his brother, Ron Foltz.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 7th, 2021 at 1PM at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME. Burial with Military Honors is to follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2PM-4PM & 6PM-8PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be given to Hospice of Central Ohio or the AMVETS, in Billy’s memory.
