Janet Adrienne Chadwick was born on September 20, 1932 in Lakewood, Ohio to Cedric and Charlotte Patton. She was the sister to Norman and Robert who both have preceded her in death. She graduated from Lakewood High School. She married Arde Mann who has also preceded her in death. She and Arde had owned the Lite Star Oil Company in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. After they retired from that they moved to Tarpon Springs Florida. After Arde had passed away she would get remarried to Raymond Chadwick. From her first marriage she had two children; Darrell (Karen) Mann and Deb Cress, three grandchildren; Elizabeth Hernandez Mann, Katherine Jaworowski and Kyla Cress, two step-grandchildren; Laura Reinhart and Eric Babcock and seven great-grandchilden. From her second marriage she had two stepchildren; Raymond Chadwick, Jr and Walter Chadwick. In 2007 she had moved to Colorado to be closer to family.
