Barbara Ann Allen

Barbara is survived by her Children Kevin Allen, Deborah Allen, Shannon Ferguson and Scott Allen along with her two incredible Son In-laws Monty and Zach. She was a loving Grandmother to Eight Amazing Grandchildren and Six Great Grand Children and her incredibly adorable Dog Dakota. She left us all still questioning who her favorite was. She was proceeded in death by her parents and brother Edward August Henkel Jr. Her family made up the entirety of her world.

Barbara was a commercial property manager and commercial real estate agent. Her career allowed her to spend her days with what she would call her extended family, from the tenants to the personal contractors and her friends at the local police department. She enjoyed waking up every morning to spend her day with them. She truly loved what she did and all of them is the real reason she loved it so much.

The things that brought her life joy could be as simple as her daily coffee with guys at Dunkin Donuts, attending classic car shows with dear friends, going to the gun range for target practice, spending time with her best friend at the local Casino or as simple as sitting and talking with her friends with Dakota by her side.

Her Celebration of Life will be held Saturday July 27th, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Dorsey E. E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens. 3041 Kirk Road Lake Worth, FL 33461

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for all of her family and friends to take a day in the next month to focus on selfcare and get a complete health screening. Life is too short to not enjoy the ride.
