Sally Frances Little

Sally was an avid gardener and was known for her beautiful flowers. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She had a passion for reading, especially books about Heaven. Sally was a very good home cook and her favorite meal was fried catfish. Her family will remember her as being a dedicated and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by one son, Gary Little and wife Stacey Little of Swansea, Il; two daughters; Anita Love and husband Mack Love of Lake Charles, Donna Little-Kaumo and husband Brian Kaumo of Lake Charles, LA.; sister, Mae Lott of Grenada, MS.; brother-in-law, Johnny Little of Caledonia, MS.; six grandchildren, David Curd, Heather Chvala, Kristen Love Constable, Lauren Buss, Rachel Katka and Brooke Schomburg; 11 great-grandchildren; Kaylee Curd, Brooklyn Chvala, Michael Chvala, Stephen Chvala, James Chvala, Kateryna Chvala, Kasia Chvala, Ava Constable, Wyatt Buss, Fielder Buss and Nora Buss.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Wardine and Erma Harper; husband of 59 years, James "Jim" Ladell Little; grandson, Bryan Chandler Love; great grandchildren Everett James Buss and Sophie Laine Katka; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

Visitation will be begin on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home until the time of service.
