Robert "Bob" Hiatt

He was born on December 23, 1948 to parents Raymond and Carolyn Hiatt in Paris, Illinois.

Bob moved to Grand Chenier in the mid 1970’s before moving to the Lake Charles and Topsy area in 1999. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and served during the Vietnam War. Bob retired from General Marine Fuel Dock as a Manager and from Walmart serving in various capacities. He enjoyed spending time with family and visiting with neighbors.

He is preceded in death by his father Raymond Hiatt.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother Carolyn Hebert of Lake Charles, LA; two daughters Megan Windsor and Brian of LeBleu Settlement and Morgan Chesson and Garrett of Iowa, LA; two brothers James Hiatt of Lake Charles, LA and Michael Hiatt of Leesville, LA; one sister Catherine Basden of Sulphur, LA; and two grandchildren Harlie and Robert.

Cremation has been entrusted to Hixson Funeral Home in Lake Charles.
