Eleanor was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gene Gibson; her parents, Prince and Christine Terry; and her grandson, Skyler Aguillard.
She is survived by her son, Gregory Gibson; her daughter, Gwen Gibson; and her grandsons, Caleb James Deskin and Terry Gene Glenn. She is also survived by her brother, Bobby Terry and his wife, Nelda; as well as her nephews, Scott and Paul Terry.
Eleanor had a passion for reading, watching movies, and cooking. She served as a dedicated paralegal at the District Attorney's office in Lake Charles.
A graveside service will be held at Highland Memory Gardens on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Eleanor will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.
