She was born to the late Elvin and Edith (Raisor) Truman on August 14, 1953 in Lagrange, Kentucky.
Wanda worked in Customer Service for Shipps Insurance and was a member of LaGrange Church of Christ.
Left to cherish the memory of Wanda are her children; Tobey Puckett and Joshua Puckett, brother; Ralph "Ted" Truman, sister; Bonnie Hall, several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Wanda's Life will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 6 pm with memorial visitation from 4pm until the start of the service.
