He was born on May 28, 1954 to Willie and Dorothy Stone Flack in Pewee Valley, Kentucky.
Thomas was a member of Grace Baptist Church, retired from the United States Army after 20 years of service as a Sergeant First Class, served 17 years on the Oldham County Board of Education and worked tirelessly his entire life with Wal-Mart, KY State Reformatory and McDonald's.
He is preceded in death by his mother; Dorothy Flack, grandson; Alexzander Childers and sister; Glenna Rae Flack.
Left to cherish the memory of Thomas are his wife of 14 years; Barbara Peyton Flack, 2 daughters; Elizabeth Elder and Amelia Frick (Don), step-son; William Clark (Laurie), 2 grandchildren; Jeremy Hornback and Kaylee Flack, step-grandchildren; Victoria Coyle (Will) and Hunter Clark, father; Willie Carroll Flack, siblings; James Flack (DeeDee), Debbie Flack Martin and Jerry Flack, extended family and many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Thomas on Saturday, July 4, 2020 at 1pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY 40031 with visitation from 11am until the start of the service.
