He was a member Westport Baptist Church. Raymond was a retired television repair man, Kentucky State Reformatory and a Deputy Sherriff for Oldham County. He was a Navy Veteran.
Preceding him in death wife of 65 years, Jessie Pauline Bell; parents, Cecil and Edith Bell; siblings, LeRoy Bell, Lawrence Bell and Pete Bell.
Survivors include his children, Bryan Bell, Darren Jones (Lewis), Robert "R.L." Bell and Kelly Bowlin (Jim); many grandchildren, many great grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 AM on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Valley of Rest Cemetery.
