He was born to the late Charles and Mary Faye (Ritchie) Carman on March 16, 1968 in LaGrange, Kentucky.
Roscoe retired from AllState Ready Mix after 20+ years of service. He enjoyed being a true outdoorsman; hunting, fishing,and taxidermy. Roscoe was a member of the Shively Masonic Lodge #953.
Roscoe enjoyed being a father to his four children with Camella Fields.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother; Wayne Carman.
Left to cherish the memory of Roscoe are his wife; Beth Ford Carman, daughters; Candice Morton (Pete), Taylor Garland (David), and Kylie Ford (Rick), sons; Joey Gillock and Jimmy Gillock (Donna), 8 grandchildren, siblings; Dale Carman (Carla), Randall Carman and Wanda Lusby (Dale), extended family, and friends.
A celebration of Roscoe's life will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 11am at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY with burial to follow at Valley of Rest in LaGrange. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 4-8pm at the funeral home.
