She was born to the late Charles Sr. and Rhoda (Ritchie) Wallace on July 17, 1963 in PeWee Valley, KY.
Julie loved God so much, she was a member of multiple churches; Hillcrest Baptist and Southland Christian Church. She loved spending time with her family, but especially her Grandchildren who called her MeeMaw. Julie was very creative and crafty, always helping everyone and always doing anything for her family, friends and community.
She loved lighthouses and all things sea related, with a preference for Dolphins, but was terrified of water. Julie loved the smell of daisies and Easter flowers; waiting patiently every Spring to see the Dogwood tree and Lilacs bloom. She never liked having her picture taken or a single haircut she received, but was beautiful!
Left to cherish the memory of Julie Ann are her husband of 22 years; William D Taylor, daughters; Dawn Michelle Parks-Taylor (Donald Beacham Jr), Julie Kay Barnes (Michael), Jennifer Kailbourne (Ryan), and Jessica Henderson (Harrison), grandchildren; Jada, Nate, Jake, Genesis, Brooklyn, William, Taylor, Grace, Julia and Sophia, siblings; Charles Wallace Jr (Angela) and Nancy Wallace, extended family and friends.
