Lisa Parsons Walker

Mrs. Walker was born October 19, 1965 in Newnan, GA and was a member of The Church of God of the Union Assembly, Newnan, GA. She was employed as a secretary with the Troup County Comprehensive High School. Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by her first husband, John J. Parsons.

Survivors include her husband, Danny K. Walker; step daughter, Joni Danielle Watkins (Ronnie), grandson, Danny Cain Watkins; mother and step father, Joy and Danny Davis; father, John Spradlin; sister, Lori Simmons(Jesse), step brother, Chris Davis; niece, Jennifer Duncan (Jonathan), Nephew, John Simmons; great nephew, Jayden Duncan; and many aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at The Church of God of the Union Assembly, Hwy 34, Newnan, GA with Reverend Jesse W. Hughes, Reverend Jurandon Hughes, and Reverend Johnny Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Newnan, GA.

The gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home
