Byron was born February 21, 1965 in LaGrange, GA, son of Vivian Lee and the late Carl Daniel Lee. He attended Shoal Creek Baptist Church and was employed as a mechanic with the City of LaGrange.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Furgerson Lee; daughter, Mary Lee Binion and her husband, Will Binion; two grandchildren, Ansley Watts and Lance Binion; sister, Susan Renee' Lee; father-in-law, Kenneth Furgerson; niece, Heather Ann Palmore; nephew, Jeremy Steven Whatley; and numerous friends and extended family members.
Celebration of Life service will be 3:00 P.M. Monday, December 9, 2019 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Rev. Anthony Hovey officiating. Burial will follow in Meadoway Gardens Cemetery. The gathering of family and friends will be on Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
