Christopher Bernard Roberts was born August 26, 1962 in St. Louis, MO.
An athletic youth, Chris attended Eufaula High School in Eufaula, AL where he played football and was a part of school history as the team won a historic 13 games and went on to win the Alabama State 3A championship in 1980. Chris later graduated from East High School in Cleveland, OH where his friends affectionately nick-named him, "Bama".
A veteran, Chris served his country in two branches; the US Army where he experienced jump school training and the National Guard where he trained as a chapel specialist. He will be remembered for his big heart to the homeless and the less fortunate. He was witnessed one day removing his coat to give to a man on the street.
Chris is survived by his two daughters Sakina, and Cristina, son Skylar, his mother Martha Bell, and sisters Jennifer and Sherwin.
Memorial services will be held at Miramar National Cemetery on May 17, 2022 at 9:00AM. In Chris' favorite words, "Peace and One Love."
