Mary Alice Mendoza

She is survived by her husband Norberto Mendoza Sr.; her six children: Angelita Montemayor, Baldemar Rodriguez, Jose Luis Rodriguez, Laura Mendoza, Norberto Mendoza Jr., and Marisol Chavez; fifteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mary Alice was a devoted and beloved wife, mother, aunt, sister, grandmother, and friend. She was a “mom’s mom,” loved by everyone who knew her, and was emotionally selfless. She always worried about what everyone else needed before her own needs. She loved baking, crossword puzzles, and playing solitaire in her free time.

A visitation for Mary will be held Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559.A funeral mass will occur Monday, July 3, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 502 S Canal Street, La Feria, Texas 78559 followed by a burial 11:00 a.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park, 14166 US-83 BUS, La Feria, Texas 78559.

She will be greatly missed by her family and always remembered in their hearts.
