James Warren Ayers, age 53, of Harlingen, Texas passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023.
James was an avid sports fan especially of the Texas A&M Aggies. He was a turnaround specialist for various companies in the Houston area for many years.
James is survived by his sons James Hunter Ayers (Krystal) of Pasadena, TX; Kory Austin Ayers of Pasadena, TX ; and Kyle Hayden Ayers of Pasadena, TX ; his mother Sharon Champagne (Melvin) of Harlingen, TX and his father William Ayers Jr. (Tricia) of San Benito, TX; his brother William Shane Ayers (Dana) of Santa Fe, TX.
He is also survived by two grandchildren.
James was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents William Ayers Sr. and Mardelle Ayers, his paternal grandparents Jack Gibson and Wyon Gibson.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to the Rio Grande Valley Humane Society.
