Kenneth “Gene” E. Ramos, 71, passed away on Sept. 30, 2024, in Hanapepe. He was born on Sept. 1, 1953, in Hawaii. He was employed by Medeiros Trucking.
Preceded in death by parents Louis Smith and Mable Ramos, brother Louis Smith Jr. and sister Collette Smith.
He is survived by brothers Ronald Ramos, James Ramos, Frank (Kathy) Ramos, sisters Barbara Smith, Ramona “Mona” Josue, Dolores Kiyabu, Lisa Kihano, Diana Rkyman, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Nov. 2, 2024, at Tumbland Maile Beach, Oahu, with the service starting at 10 a.m.
Borthwick Kauai Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.
