Judith Kay Burton

The family of Judith Kay (Chism) Burton announces her passing on September 3, 2022 at the age of 80. She resided in Danville, IL. She was born on October 21, 1941 in Kokomo to Harry & Gladys (Ward) Chism. On April 6, 1958 she married the love of her life Leroy Burton, they were married until her passing. She enjoyed sewing and traveling. Judy loved her family dearly including all children. Judy is survived by her husband Leroy; sons Harry D. (Connie) Burton, Leroy (Julie) Burton, Jody (Sue) Burton, eleven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Judy is preceded in death by her parents Harry & Gladys; by an infant son Donald Eugene Burton; sisters Virginia Ildefonzo, Mary Foster, Leota Zimmerman and Janis Fiscus. A memorial service for Judy will be Saturday September 17, 2022 5:00pm at Ellers Mortuary 725 S. Main St. Kokomo with a gathering of friends from 4:00pm until time of service. Memorial service will conclude in the Eller’s Chapel. Pastor Terry Russell will preside.
