Homer Earl Brown

Homer Earl Brown, 84, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. He was born in Chili, Indiana to the late Gordon and Winifred Brown. Homer served in the US Army from 1957-1960. He married Karen S. Miller on August 6, 1967. Homer worked for General Motors for 20 years before his retirement in 2006. He was an active member of Reach Church, as well as his wife Karen. Homer was a John Deere enthusiast. He had many old John Deere tractors and shared this passion with his son, Michael. Homer is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Karen Brown; son Michael (Leslie) Brown; grandchildren Griffin Brown and Finley Brown; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Homer is preceded in death by all 8 of his siblings. A visitation for Homer will be held Monday, March 4, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home & Cemetery, 2097 West Alto Road, Kokomo, Indiana 46902, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM with Military Rites.
