Terry Lee Murphy, age 71, of Powell, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
He is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Josephine Murphy; brother David "Smokey" Murphy and sister Rose Sims.
Terry is survived by his wife of 51 years Irene Murphy; children Tracy (Lee) Slice and Rick (Jennifer) Murphy; grandchildren Matthew Murphy, Ty Murphy and Bella Slice; sisters Brenda and Deb; brothers Tommy and Kevin and a large loving family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the National Kidney Association or the American Diabetes Association in Terry's name.
The family welcomes friends for a Visitation on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Berry Highland South from 5pm-7pm with a Funeral Service to follow. Family and friends will meet at Berry Highland South in the Garden of Cross on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 10:45am for an 11am Graveside Service.
