Tammy Lee Lowery, born November 3, 1963, passed away on January 21, 2022. Preceded in death by parents, Jesse “Whick” and Audrey “Joe” Lowery; brothers, David and Bill Lowery. Survived by her devoted partner, William “Sandy” Riffey; children, Scarlett (Shane) Griffin and Kara “Boo” (Kaitlyn) Proctor; step-son, William “Sandman” Riffey. Tammy was a beloved sister, sadly she will be missed by her brother, John (Lissa) Lowery and Margaret “Cissy” (Dennis) Sowders; grandchildren, Conner Proctor, Gage, Jase, and Jensen Griffin; She will be missed by a multitude of nieces, nephews, and friends. The family will receive friends from 12 – 2 pm Tuesday with the funeral service to follow at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Dr. Pastor Becky Milligan will officiate.
