Ruth Evelyn Whaley

Whaley, Ruth Evelyn Brown, 88, graduated from this life into her eternal heavenly home. She won't be able to come to us, but we can go to her believing in the Lord Jesus and repenting of our sins. She accepted Jesus as Savior as a child and was a long time member of Tarklin Valley Church. Predeceased in death by her parents, Frank and Laura Brown; husband, Jr. Whaley; brothers, Paul and Arnold Lesley Brown; sister Zella Mae Kennett. Survivors: Daughter, Vickie Thomas(Gary); granddaughters, Karie (Brad) and Katie (Douglas); great granddaughters, Kinsley and Adelyn; son, Jeff Whaley; grandson, Chad; sisters, Helen Norwood, Joyce Noe, Bobbie Webb and Imogene Goddard; brothers, Bud, Donald, Charlie and Eugene Brown. Family will receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Berry Highland South Chapel(formerly Holly Hills) with a service to follow. Rev. Charlie McNutt officiating. Graveside service 10:30 AM Friday, August 4, 2017 at Tarklin Valley Church Cemetery.
