He was honored to have served his country in the United States Air Force, and was a Vietnam Veteran. He worked as a warehouse manager at D&V Distributing for 47 years, and he was very proud of this accomplishment and would tell anyone who listened. In his retirement he enjoyed all the family time he could get including spending lots of time with his beloved great-grandgirls who he very much adored. When he wasn't spending time with his family he enjoyed attending NASCAR races, boating, and sitting on the bank fishing. One thing is for sure, he will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege to call him friend.
