RALPH LAFAYETTE “QUADE” KIRBY, IV – passed away on January 6, 2015 at U.T. Hospital. Preceded in death by his grandfather, R.L. Kirby, Jr. Survived by his parents, Ralph L. Kirby, III and Cynthia McDonald Kirby; grandparents, Dr. Ted P. McDonald, Opal M. McDonald and Agnes R. Kirby; sister, Tyler Jade Kirby and her fiancé Eric Hess as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be greatly missed by family friends, Whitney Carter, Josh Bridges, Leith Moore, Kinney Vano and Grayson Price.
