Pauline Sexton Cole, age 96, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023. She was born in Newport, Tennessee on July 2, 1927.
Pauline is preceded in death by her parents, Elam and Rosa Gregg Sexton; husband of 65 years, Clarence L. Cole; brothers, George, Paul, Charles Jr., Bill, Sherman, Franklin and John; sister, Betty Sue Shirley. She is survived by her son, Benny Cole (Mary); daughters, Mary Ann Collins (Kenny) and Linda Phillips (Colin); grandchildren, Brooke Rayburn, Jenny Flatford (Daniel) and Joshua Phillips; great grandchildren, Georgia and Brody Rayburn and Remington Flatford; sister, Cleo Clark along with several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held for Pauline on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 1pm with a funeral service to follow at 2pm at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home. The service will be officiated by Rev. Randall Singleton. A graveside will be held at 3pm inside Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery.
