Mildred Francine “Cinie” Freeman age 62 of Roane County, passed away April 7, 2023. Cinie worked for Normax, Levi’s, Goody’s Corp. Office, Walmart and ADT. Preceded in death by parents, Carl and Betty Turner; brothers, Carl Turner, Jr. and Mike Turner; niece, Vanessa Carnes. Survived by husband, Rex Freeman; brother, Donnie Turner; sister, Leisa Carnes; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5-8 pm Wednesday at Weaver Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Thursday at Clarks Grove Cemetery in Maryville for an 11 am graveside service.
