Melinda Day White, born in Knoxville, Tennessee, in 1967, was a 1985 graduate of Farragut High School. She obtained a degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee where she was a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority and a UT Singer. Melinda was cherished for her fun spirit and infectious laugh, which brought joy to all who knew her.
Melinda is preceded in death by her father Earl Frederick Day. She is survived by her mother, Nancy Vesser Day; her children, Logan and Hillary White, Lauren and Jordan Karavias; her brother and sister-in-law, Martin and Holly Day; and her beloved grandchild, Townsend White.
Melinda’s memory will forever be a source of comfort to those who loved her.
Melinda will be honored at Central Baptist Bearden on January 4, 2025 with a visitation at 1pm and funeral service to follow at 2pm.
