Mary Ellen Nelson, age 92, went to be with the Lord on April 25, 2018. She was born May 14, 1925. She was a member of Hillcrest Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her loving husband Charles L. Nelson. Survived by daughters, Dianne Nelson (Jerry Stokes), Peggy Phelps (Dr. Richard Phelps) and son, Mike Nelson (Cathy) and her beloved dog Coco. Special friend, Mary Jane Milligan. A special thanks to all the caregivers, Tammy Brown, Donna Elliott and all the nurses and aides with Covenant Hospice.
