Henry, Mary Lou, age 87, of South Knoxville, passed away on July 10, 2016. Mary Lou was a lifelong member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by parents, James Henry and Mary Henry; sister, Peggy Henry. She was a special sister to Barbara Smith, Sammie Cupp, Martha and Bill Harper, Susie and Wayne Shelton; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 pm Tuesday, July 12, 2016 in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at Berry Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 7:00pm. Reverend Carroll Golden will be officiating. Family and friends will meet at Berry Funeral Home at 1:30pm, Wednesday, July 13, 2016 and proceed to Mount Olive Cemetery for a 2:30pm graveside service.
