Judith Ann Farmer, age 83, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023. Judy was born and raised in Knoxville and graduated from West High School in 1957. She was a majorette and played on the volleyball team. She was a devoted wife and mother.
Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Malcena Turner; brother, Eugene Turner and son, Gregory Farmer. Judy will be missed by her husband of 64 years, Clyde Farmer; sons, Wesley Farmer (Wendy), Marvin Farmer (Jodi); grandchildren, Stacy, Phillip, Allen, Kevin, Jake Farmer, Jessica Chait (Sean), Douglas Farmer; great grandchildren, Daniel and Joseph James; brother, Paul Turner, Sr., Rock Hill, SC and several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held for Judy on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 2pm with a service to follow at 4pm at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 2200 E. Governor John Sevier Hwy, on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 12:30pm.
