John Andrew McCroskey Jr.

He was a Gideon, business owner, Deacon and Trustee at Wildwood Baptist Church. John was always known as "Mr. Fix-It" and could fix anything from appliances to cars. He left a legacy that will be passed down for many generations. He could always be found helping a friend or neighbor. John was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 69 years Wanda McCroskey; parents John and Ila McCroskey; three siblings and daughter-in-law Sherrie McCroskey.

John is survived by his children John "Jady" McCroskey and Ila "Jody" Williamson; grandchildren Felice (Mitch) Boling, Darrell (Missy) McCroskey, Dennis (Sarah) McCroskey and Roxanne Williamson; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and 3 siblings.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Gideons in John's name.

The family welcomes friends for a Visitation at Berry Highland South on Thursday, August 10, 2023, from 12pm-2pm, a Funeral Service at 2pm with a Graveside to Follow in the Garden of Eden.
